Fantastic place for a relaxing break away. Hot tub and Sauna provided in lodge were great. Never came into contact with any owners or maintenance people our whole stay - the place is perfectly run as you feel looked after without it being intrusive - a perfect haven to relax in. Mrs I, Hamilton, Lanarkshire 31 March 2011
Springwood Lodges are perfect for a romantic break. The location is peaceful and secluded. This is ensured because the lodges are off the road amidst a wood and children and pets are not allowed. This is ideal for couples who do not have children and therefore do not want the noise that children always bring. The lodges offer luxury accommodation and the private hot tub is fantastic, especially as each lodge is far enough away from each other that you do not feel overlooked. All in all prefect location and accommodation. Miss M, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne And Wear 07 March 2011
We would recommend this holiday to friends, we walked in and both said "perfect". The accommodation, exceeded our expectations, it was "home from home" and a lovely escape from our busy lives. Miss G, Hessle, North Humberside 23 February 2011
A fantastic holiday, I cannot think of a better way to spend 4 nights! Every little detail is thought of and everything you could need included in the lodge, including an amazing hot tub under the stars, there was not one thing that could have made our holiday any better! Miss A, Goole, North Humberside 05 January 2011
Springwood Lodges are a perfect haven for peace and tranquillity. The perfect place to unwind with priority of comfort, privacy and yet a home from home. The hot tubs are maintained to the highest standards, which provide the ultimate relaxation as you watch the abundance of wild-life and gaze dreamily towards the star lit skies. Perfect. Nothing is too much trouble, with the owners or contacts available at all times. Chocolates and wine- that extra welcoming gift. Accommodation of first class, with priority of comfort and again relaxation. Mrs C, CANTERBURY 17 October 2010
I would recommend this holiday as it was perfect in every way, booked it for our 20th wedding anniversary and was not disappointed. Mrs W, Manchester, Lancashire 26 September 2010
I really can't see how any of the holiday could have been improved. Everything was extremely well organised - even to the owners leaving a mobile phone in case we needed them (not just the number - an actual phone!!) The peace and quiet was deafening - absolutely wonderful. Mrs L, ANDOVER, Hampshire 12 September 2010
The lodge and park area were both spotlessly clean. Every item you would have at home is provided for you. Bird watchers heaven right at your door. Exceptional in all departments. I have used Hoseasons often, the lodge I used here was undoubtedly one of the best. Will definitely be back here. The owners should be justifiably proud........first class. Mr O, DUNFERMLINE, Fife 11 July 2010
Perfect. Mr B, Norwich, Norfolk 01 July 2010
The log cabin was complete to the highest standard, and absolutely spotless. Lovely welcoming touches (Lindt choccies and sparkling wine chilling, along with a hand written welcome note from the owners) Perfect for a quiet getaway to a secluded location. I have to mention the hot tub, it was wonderful to sink into after a day out sightseeing! Mr M, Stirling, Stirlingshire 30 May 2010
A fantastic place to hide away for a couple of days of peace and quiet and wonderful wildlife on your doorstep. A place to remember when the real world gets a bit too much. Mrs P, Liverpool, Merseyside 26 May 2010
It is a little bit of paradise. Mrs H, DERBY, Derbyshire 13 May 2010

This is the perfect place to totally chill out and relax. It was amazing and we will be booking for next year soon! MISS B, PUDSEY, West Yorkshire 12 December 2009
An ideal retreat from your daily life - relaxing and comfortable with all you need on site. Take some food with you and you never need to leave, but if you do, go for a walk in Bluebell Wood or visit Pateley Bridge. Mr A, WALLSEND 25 November 2009
Don't tell anyone about this little bit of heaven. That's exactly what it is. No one to bother you. Spotlessly clean with everything you could ever need on hand. Nothing feels like lying in the hot tub at night, looking at the stars and sipping champagne! Bliss! Mrs B, Lanark, Lanarkshire 28 September 2009

The only thing I can say about Springwood Lodges is they are fantastic. This was our first visit but we are all ready booked to go back! Mr M, SEAHAM, County Durham 09 June 2009
Lovely area all round, pleasant walk around Scar house & Agram dams, magnificent views. The lodge....excellent, everything thought of, nothing wanting at all, the hot tub an absolute delight, the early morning dip especially, to watch daybreak from the tub with the squirrels and woodpeckers etc. Amazing. I loved it. 5 star break (plus a couple more), went home totally rested and refreshed. Mr M, LEICESTER, 16 March 2009

The holiday was quite simply superb. My wife and I hadnt been to Yorkshire before and were over come with the beuty of the county. The accomodation was spacious and private and was absolutly spotless. We would highly recomend it to others but that may stop us from re booking again which we plan to do shortly!A great experience.
