Top accommodation, have been 4 times, different properties all immaculate, warm and comfortable. Really good value for money and accessible for Filey and Scarborough.

Staff were great I went with my partner who is 6 months pregnant and despite the home not being available till 5 they had us in for 4pm so she could rest.

We enjoyed the 'home from home' comforts that the cottage provided whilst still retaining that 'holiday' feeling by being so close to the beach, the Cleveland Way and other outdoor places such as Dalby Forest. The pub was great as some sites don't have this and it was nice to have a drink before settling down for the evening after a busy day in the outdoors.

This was our forth visit to The Bay and each time has been very enjoyable. Love how close to the beach the accommodation is, great for walks on the beach to Filey. Both our children love it here.

A fantastic break with very comfortable and modern accommodation. This is definitely an up and coming park and think it will definitely become popular once the pool and spa has been built. You ideally need a car to get to places but very central for visiting different parts of the East Coast. Will definitely go back!!

The accommodation was excellent, we stayed on the park the whole weekend. The pub on site offered excellent meals at a reasonable price, and the friendly staff even gave us a lift to the beach on their golf buggy. We would definitely recommend this to all our friends - it's lovely.

The Bay at Filey was a great holiday for my small family. The cottage was well laid out and very clean and a regular home from home. The John Paul Jones Pub on site was so welcoming and the food was excellent. So much so we tended not to cook ourselves. Access to the beach was great and having a quiet and clean beach for our small daughter to play on definitely made this holiday a great one. Would book this again soon. Thanks to all staff who made this a great stay.

Modern, contemporary apartments and flats, with a lovely 'village' atmosphere. Dog friendly, they can go into the pub too. Access to a fantastic beach where the family can bathe and the dogs can walk for miles. Access to Bridlington, Filey, Scarborough, the national park moors and Whitby and York. Highly recommend The Bay, a beautiful place to stay.

We would definitely recommend the Bay. We stayed in a Portsmouth cottage with our 2 young children and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was lovely, very spacious and comfortable with all mod cons and tastefully furnished. The complex is very peaceful & monitored by the fabulous security staff who are very friendly. The pub is also fantastic, beautifully furnished and a very family friendly atmosphere. There is a private access to the beach from the park which is very convenient. The beach itself is lovely and well sheltered by the cliffs. We absolutely love the Yorkshire coastline and the Bay is well located for visiting Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough and Filey. We will definitely be returning next year.

This is the second time we have stayed here, we have a 12 year old daughter and a Cocker Spaniel. We have spent a lovely time doing long walks along the beach, going to nice places in the area then ending the day in the lovely pet friendly pub on site for a lovely meal.

The accommodation was excellent. Ideal for a young family with children and a home from home. We have never had a holiday in the North of England before, always visiting Devon or Cornwall, but we had a great time and will definitely be staying here again - we didn't want the holiday to end!

This break was absolutely fantastic. Miles of blue flag beaches to walk along into Filey, which in itself is a nice peaceful resort town, an excellent area and excellent accommodation - I will use it again and again!!
