The apartment was excellent and was spotless upon our arrival. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for visiting Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington or Whitby and was only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach. Would definately book again!

Excellent location between Filey and Bridlington, both great places for kids, with Scarborough and Whitby close enough to visit. Good accommodation, nicely furnished and clean throughout.

Lovely clean accomodation, on site pub provided excellent food at a very good price. Beach access to a dog friendly beach. Definately worth a visit.

The Bay is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast. There are cottages to cater for various sizes of families with children, as well as apartments for single people and couples. The complex is nicely laid out with lots of unobtrusive parking areas close to the cottages. It's just right for those who want the security and convenience of a holiday village but don't want to stay in a caravan or a chalet!

I would recommend this holiday for families as it is very near the beach, the onsite bar served great food and the accommodation was very warm and nice.

Th Bay was fantastic! The cottage was very clean, a home from home and the pub was a stones throw away from our cottage which was great. The best bit was the beach - the children loved it, even in the snow. We will be returning in the future!

Excellent accommodation, and well suited for our wants and purposes. A good location, easily accessible to Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough, as well as the Yorkshire Moors and York. Ample parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation is lovely, bright and spacious and includes almost everything that you could need. The location is quiet and ideal for visiting the surrounding attractions. The park has a private beach which was fantastic, they would even give you a lift there and back which makes it easily accessible.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday and both of our kids have asked to go back next year! The accommodation and location were fabulous, and everyone from the security staff to the bar staff were helpful and friendly. I wouldn't think twice about recommending The Bay to anyone and we will definitely consider returning.

We love the Lake District and two years ago booked a lodge through a different holiday company. When we arrived the lodge had not been cleaned from the previous holiday makers - dirty bed linen and bathroom was not a good start to the holiday - in fact it disgusted me. The next year we booked through Hoseasons and our lodge was absolutely immaculate, just as our house was at The Bay, Filey this year. We are now hoping to book another break with Hoseasons in October. Hoseasons will definitely be getting our custom from now on.

Customer service second to none. A pre-arrival call from the park and a welcome home follow up wasn't expected but very nice to receice. Excellent accommodation and location.

The accommodation at the Bay was first class and very cosy... Which made it ideal for an Autumn break when we spent more time in doors than we would have done in summer.
