Stunning location with own unspoilt beach. Properties are new, clean and attractive. Within easy reach of larger centres such as Scarborough. Many things for the children to do and visit.

I would recommend The Bay at Filey to anyone we had a lovely stay, the holiday home was very comfortable and the site was peaceful and we will certainly be staying there again next year.

Excellent holiday especially value for money. Standard of accommodation and park far higher than what we had paid. Nice quiet park with direct access to a beautiful beach. Parking directly outside accommodation. We stayed in a Cutter property which was adequate for myself and my partner. Good appliances and furnishings. Will definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bay. The accommodation was excellent and the pub on site was superb with good quality food and a lovely atmosphere. There was good access to the beach and once the site is completely finished it will certainly be a prestigious resort. We will definitely return in the future.

Excellent accommodation. Park in a good location for other East Coast resorts & local attractions. Beach access is a bit steep but beach area is nice and quiet.Nice food at the on site pub.

We were extremely pleased with the park, the accommodation was really lovely and the food in the on site pub was terrific and what a nice place to spend the evening! We will definitely go back and have already recommended it to family members.
