This park is wonderful for a relaxing break. We use it as a base to explore North Yorkshire and it's really lovely knowing you are coming back to a warm comfortable well furnished property. We've been back 7 times and are due to again in August taking extended family with us.

Uur stay at The Bay was great, our daughter had a ball. The accommodation was clean, tidy and very comfortable.

We would recommend a holiday at "The Bay" we had rain most of the week but didn't stop us from enjoying excellent accommodation, with modern decor and very well insulated. Shall be visiting again, wouldn't mind buying one of the cottages....

The site is still being developed and we will watch its growth with great interest. The building work was unintrusive whilst we were staying there. The houses and apartments were an interesting mix in small community settings and not just 'little boxes'. There is easy access to the beach. Soon there will be a leisure centre and convenience store with a nature walk planned for the future. A lovely place to stay.

Enjoyed a lovely family holiday at Filey. The accommodation was excellent, very comfortable & spacious with lovely furniture and decor. Very well fitted kitchen with dishwasher meant I could put my feet up and relax a little bit more. Loved the walk to the beach and enjoyed our night in the pub with really nice barman! Can't wait to stay again next year.

It's great that the site and pub is dog friendly, it makes our holiday very comfortable. All the staff we meet are very friendly and pleasant and eager to help. The manager in the pub is great he just wants to ensure you have a good evening. We like the security on site, its good. The location of The Bay is very good in easy reach of all attractions of Norh Yorkshire. This was our second visit and we will be go again.

The Bay is in a fabulous location and the accomodation is upmarket. This was our second year there and already our 2 children are asking to go back next year. My friend holidayed there on my recommendation in June and loved it too.

Beautiful accommodation, which was a real home from home. The Bay is situated in a pleasant setting, within close proximity to the beach. We will certainly look to book this short break in the near future.

This park is very quiet and relaxing with first class accommodation and a nice walk to a nearby beach. It is ideal for people with dogs and we will be going back again as we could not find any fault with it at all.

I would recomend The Bay holiday cottages to anyone, immaculately clean and presented, a pub on site with good food (no need to drink and drive) and a beach within walking distance on site but not for the infirm as there is a hill. Parking is close to your cottage door. We can't think of one unsatisfactory thing about the park or staff and can't wait to go again.

The Bay is a glorious little holiday village, the accommodation is of an excellent standard, and truly was a home from home. The John Paul Jones pub was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The fifteen minute meander down to the private beach was good.
