We went to The Bay for my 40th birthday. My partner had spoken to the manager at the pub before our arrival and when we got there for our meal they had arranged a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, balloon, banner and confetti on his behalf it was so lovely.

The access to the beach was good and the apartment was great for a holiday. We also ate at the pub and felt the quality of food and service were excellent- very pleasant staff!

Would highly recommend this holiday at The Bay to others as it is a lovely place to stay - very central to other places to visit - 5 minutes away from beach also good if you enjoy cycling like we do. We have been twice this year already.

A great holiday village, especially for couples or families with teenagers. The private access to the beach is a real bonus. The accomodation is superb - all mod cons and all essentials provided.

100% Would definitely recommend The Bay to anyone - fantastic, extremely clean, felt like home from home. My sons loved it even though their friends were staying on the Primrose Valley site. We will definitely re-visit sometime. Thank you, a really lovely few days stay, wish it had been longer.....

In a really quiet location, but Filey is only 3 miles away. Fantastic, modern accommodation that had everything we could possibly need for 5 days over Christmas. There is a great Gastro-Pub onsite with a friendly atmosphere and great food.

The location was great with the choice to go onto the Yorkshire Moors or into several seaside towns or smaller bay areas within a short drive from The Bay. The apartments were very well presented with all the luxury items you would want. We had a great family week away and would recommend this site to any family that wants to do their own thing and not have the hustle and bustle of large more well known sites.

The accommodation was fitted and furnished to a very high standard with all mod cons in the kitchen. The park is very quiet and has a lovely pub which serves excellent meals, the beach is close by and the park is dog friendly. This is our second visit to The Bay and I know we will be back again in the very near future!

A great base for exploring the Yorkshire coast by car. Just 15 minutes walk to a private beach, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the family friendly pub was also useful to have on site which provided quality food. We definitely plan to return to this park in the near future.

The Bay at Filey was excellent. It was really handy for the beach, and the onsite restaurant was good value for money with good food. The accommodation was well appointed and ideal for families. The Bay was well situated and handy for Scarborough, Filey and York - all within an hours drive.

We absolutely loved the apartment, everything was very clean and finished to a high level. The pub within the complex were very family friendly and reasonably priced for lovely food. I would definitely recommend staying here and we'll hopefully return.

The accommodation was very nice and clean on arrival, this was the Plymouth, a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. The on site pub is very nice and allows dogs inside which is unusual. The food is excellent and they have now started serving breakfast. Its a very nice walk down to the beach which takes about 10 minutes, from there you can walk into Filey at low tide which takes about 45 minutes - before you go make sure you download a tide timetable so you know the times.
We went into Scarborough for the day and used the new Park & Ride scheme which was very good and for the three of us and dog it was only £3.60 return. Very good service and well worth it for the whole day, no parking issues and it drops you off at one end of the seafront.
To conclude we had a great relaxing time on a park that was clean and tidy and in a very nice apartment.

The Bay at Filey is a superb location and will get better and better as the development nears completion. For us being able to push the buggy straight onto the beach with no steps to negotiate and the well equipped kitchen make it a must for families.

Beautiful, luxurious accommodation on what seems to be a really exclusive development. There is direct beach access to a lovely beach, and the site is well located for visiting the local area. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be returning when it's all complete.
