We felt both safe and happy at the park. Mrs M, Windsor, Berkshire 10 September 2010
Excellent location for travelling to places of interest. Lovely part of the UK. Mrs G, Forest Hill, London 10 September 2010
A very relaxing park with lovely lakes to walk around....accommodation very good and clean. Nice and close to Southwold which has a very nice beach and pier. Framlingham Castle a good visit for any age! Also near by is Thorpeness....very pretty town with a boating lake. The beach there is a pebbly one! Mrs M, Baldock, Hertfordshire 21 August 2010
This park is a little gem! Christine and Joe who run the park are friendly and accommodating and work so hard to keep everyone happy. The park is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing with great facilities especially if you like fishing! I would definately recommend it to couples or families that love traditional caravan holidays without the commercialism of some of the big caravan park companies (i.e. expensive arcades and loud, irritating entertainment programs). If you have dogs, they are very welcome in this park too. Mrs B, Coulsdon, Surrey 03 August 2010
Beatifully located and matained park, caravan was in excellent condition, tennis court and swimming pool very good. Mr J, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire 27 July 2010
Great value for money accommodation! Super surroundings. Peaceful site. Mrs H, BIRMINGHAM 30 March 2010
I would thoroughly recommend Carlton Meres to anyone who loves fishing and are looking for a nice, peaceful and relaxing break. I would like to say a very big thank you to Phil and Yvonne, and to all the other staff that work at Carlton Meres for making all our visits very enjoyable, this is our 4th time back since August 09 and we are looking forward to going again very soon! Miss K, LONDON 18 November 2009
This is a residential park as well as hiring. The residents are extremely helpful and friendly. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to go. Mr W, HARLOW, Essex 23 September 2009
I would recommend this holiday to anyone wanting a very tranquil location in the countryside. Very good for fishermen as well, with fishing lakes in the park. Miss S, DUNMOW, Essex 05 July 2009
Very peaceful but not really a park for young children as there are limited facilities. Mr J, Witham 09 August 2008
For fisherman, book readers, and quiet hobbiests, this is the perfect environment to enjoy your pursuits. Peaceful and serene, you feel de-stressed and relaxed as soon as you have unpacked and cast out. I will definitely return. Mrs H, Basildon 01 August 2008
