This is a lovely house in which we had a very pleasant weekend with lovely access to the beach and plenty of space for all the visitors to relax.

Ideal location for a family beach holiday as there is direct access to miles of almost deserted sandy beach. Large enclosed garden for family games. Spacious well-equipped house with loads of books, games and dvds as extras.

Although tucked away, once you get to the property you have everything you need and it is in a great location - so close to the beach. The rooms are lovely and large - perfect for a family get together. The owner's have also put a lot of thought into providing games, toys, dvds etc.

I would strongly recommend this cottage and holiday experience as the location was perfect, the accommodation was roomy and comfortable, the beds were warm and snuggly and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

This holiday is ideal for families looking to spend a lot of time on the beach. It is also ideally located for the Norfolk Broads, and visiting other seaside locations.

The property has everything you need, lots of space, large garden and only a few yards from a wonderful beach. There is no need to go anywhere else as we have found in the last four years.
