Very clean cottage and freindly owners. Great walks nearby some straight from the door. We stumbled onto the seal santuary at Theddlethorpe which was fantastic. You definetley need wellies as there's a lot of mud to get the the sea but when you see the dark shapes in the sea and they're looking back at you it's well worth it.

Ideal location for a relaxing break. The cottage was clean, well equipped and the owners were very helpful. Ideal place for dog walking, lots of lovely walks and empty beaches. Would recommend and return.

Excellent location for anyone with dogs. Lots of walks, right from the door. Totally enclosed garden, so any escape artists are safe. If they can be trusted off leads, there are lots of sand dunes where they can run and chase rabbits.

\if you require a peaceful, dog friendly atmosphere it is perfect. Near to other seaside resorts if you want to visit other places, lovely countryside and good walks to take your dog - BRILLIANT!!!

I had a fantasic time, running through the sand dunes chasing rabbits and my owners has a great time too! The cottage was lovely, the garden superb and the location fantastic! In the words of Arnie - 'I'll be back' - 10/10 !!!

A modern barn conversion in a wonderfull secluded area with excellant walks. Pet friendly patrons who made our stay very welcome. Great for a quiet weekend away without the kids and for great walks on the beach. Plenty of local information for the surrounding area.

Quiet & peaceful with a nature reserve only a couple of hundred yards away. A little piece of heaven with a lovely walled garden.

This property was ideal for our holiday with our dog. There are beautiful walks along coastal paths and sandunes on your doorstep and it is a good base for walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
