Excellent location opposite sandy beach. Whatever the weather it is relaxing to watch and hear the sea. Well equippped, good quality accommodation. Highly recommended.

This holiday location is ideal for families who enjoy beach life as the beach is opposite the property and access is just a very short walk. Those that enjoy walking can walk along either to Clacton and beyond, or in the opposite direction to Jaywick and St Oyth. The property has 4 televisions so if you do have to say in - no arguments. It has a wonderful garden which is a sun trap and a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea.

Nice warm house, very well situated by the beach - excellent for the dog (be aware of seasonal rules though!). Nice to listen to the sea as you go off to sleep.
