Coastal Rockcliffe, Kippford, Castle Douglas, Threave (NTS), Loch Ken and RSPB reserves are all within easy reach. Fishing, pony trekking, cycle hire and excellent walking are available nearby. The town of Dalbeattie is 7 miles and retail parks are in Dumfries, 20 miles. Shop 3 miles, bar/restaurant on site.
