Ivybridge (6 miles), from where the Two Moors Way straddles Dartmoor and Exmoor, boasts an indoor swimming pool and sports centre. Plymouth's aquarium, theatre, scuba diving centre and Saltram House (N.T.) all under 10 miles. Riding and golf locally, sandy beach 5 miles. Eden Project 40 miles.

Reviews
The cottage was in a central point to be able to get to many places as it was off a main road. Being in Devon the country roads are rather narrow but Windrush was well loacated. There are good shops and pubs nearby, and very friendly people. All in all a wonderful holiday was had by us and we can thoroughly recomend it.

This is a truly beautiful cottage set in a village with excellent shops, pubs and restaurants but still with the rural charm we desired.
